		<description>It will workout all the muscles; however if you want to develope the upper body muscles you have to do pushups, lats pulldowns, chinups etc. Just look at race walkers, they have well defined leg muscles but their arms are rather skinny.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>If you speed walk.  I walk everyday at work, but it doesn&#039;t feel like it works all the muscle groups.  I notice when I go for fast walks that I can even feel it in my stomach, and all different muscle areas.
